Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or similar data protection laws apply, we rely on the following legal bases:
Contract performance: when processing is necessary to provide services you have requested or purchased.
Pre-contractual steps: when we respond to enquiries before a service agreement is formed.
Consent: when you upload certain documents, authorise sharing with partners, accept non-essential cookies or agree to receive promotional communications.
Legal obligation: when we need to retain records for accounting, tax, regulatory or legal reasons.
Legitimate interests: when we process data for service administration, security, fraud prevention, business record keeping, website improvement and client communication, provided your rights do not override those interests.
Document uploads and sensitive information
Because relocation services may require supporting documentation, you may be asked to upload or provide documents. These documents may contain sensitive or highly confidential information.
You should only upload documents that are necessary for the service requested. We may reject, delete or request replacement documents if information is excessive, unclear, unnecessary or unsafe to process.
Where documents contain sensitive information, we process them only where necessary for the requested service, where you have provided consent, or where another lawful basis applies.
Cookies, analytics and advertising technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies.
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Google Ads for analytics, measurement and advertising purposes. Non-essential cookies and advertising technologies are used only where you provide consent through our cookie banner.
Our cookie banner is configured to support Google Consent Mode v2.
You may accept, reject or manage non-essential cookies through the banner. You may also adjust cookie settings in your browser.
A separate Cookie Policy explains, in more detail, the types of cookies used, their purpose, duration and provider.
Promotional communications
We do not currently operate a newsletter or regular email marketing programme.
If promotional communications are introduced in the future, we will only send them where you have given explicit consent or where applicable law allows us to do so.
